Existing installation
Make sure the computer that has the SOYAL 701Server installed is running, logged in and connected to the Internet.
Check that the 701Server is running. It is usually minimized in the lower right part of the Windows bar.
New Installation
If installation is new and “Sending commands still stays ON showing a number , please try the following:
- Restart 701 Server in installation – local computer
- Go in Windows -> Search -> Services and try and find and restart “TimeToWork” Service. If its not running make sure you start it and “Automatic” is chosen.
- Make sure that the computer’s IP which has 701Server installed is correctly installed and configured inside 701Server settings.
- Make sure the same settings of IP and port is configured inside client’s installer’s menu
